The food was excellent and always tasty. The beach was amazing with crystal clear water and soft sand. The staff was attentive and always willing to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect, right on the ocean, and close to many shops and restaurants. The pools were large and inviting.
The housekeeping staff was quite unprofessional. They would come to our room at inappropriate times, waking up our child from their nap, and were very loud in the hallway.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities were amazing, especially the Spa & wellness center and the outdoor swimming pool. the service provided was top-notch and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the entertainment and the restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus.
The only minor issue we encountered was the housekeeping schedule. They would come around 3 pm which was during our child's nap time.

The hotel is located near a beautiful beach which was perfect for a relaxing city break. the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. the room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. the restaurant had a good variety of food and the breakfast was tasty. the hotel also had a nice outdoor pool, perfect for a dip and sunbathing.
The hotel was quite difficult to find, but with the help of GPS, we managed to reach it. the pool area was a bit small for the number of guests and not all drinks were included in the all-inclusive package, which was a bit disappointing.
